OKETOLA ADENIYI & ASSOCIATES LTD is located in three (3) strategic cities in Nigeria namely, ABUJA, LAGOS and PORT-HARCOURT to facilitate logistic operation requirements.

Adeniyi Olalekan Oketola is the Managing Director and Principal Partner of Oketola Adeniyi & Associates Limited …a conglomerate with diverse interests in Real Estate, Construction, Engineering, Design and Building of edifices and project management with its head office located in Abuja and branches in Lagos and Port-Harcourt. He was born on the 13^th of December 1967. He is an indigene of Atisbo Local Government Area of Oyo State, south Western Nigeria. He attended the famous Government College, Lagos where he obtained his WAEC/SSCE in flying colours. After his graduating with a degree in Building from the Prestigeous Obafemi Awolowo University in Ile-Ife, Osun state, he went on to acquire a Post Graduate Diploma and a Masters Degree in Environmental Resource Management from the Nassarawa State University, keffi. He also has a Post Graduate diploma in Computer Science from ICT Colony, Abuja.

Adeniyi Oketola served in different organizations like the Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA) and Micro Works Nigeria Limited before going to establish his own firm- Oketola Adeniyi & Associates Limited in 2002. He is however passionate about the promotion and propagation of Youth empowerment and active participation in Leadership and politics in Nigeria. He has sponsored several projects aimed at empowering the youths and women, especially in his home state – Oyo, South-Western Region of Nigeria through the acquisition of necessary education and entrepreneurial skills needed to become financial independent and successful in life. In the last 5 years, over two hundred (200) youths and women have benefited from various empowerment schemes sponsored by Adeniyi Oketola. Over seventy (70) students have benefited from his personal scholarship programs nationwide, with most beneficiaries coming from his state (Oyo State). Oketola Adeniyi & Associates Limited currently has a staff strength of over 50 professionals and is looking to expand to five (5) more cities in the next few years.

Alhaji Muhammed Maude Said is an indigene of Kano State, Northern Nigeria. He attended Magwan Primary School, Kano state from 1969 to 1976. He then proceeded to Kano Teachers’ College, Kano from 1976 to 1981 where he obtained Teachers’ Grade II Certificate. In 1985, He further obtained his National Certificate for Education (Technical) – (NCE TECH) from the famous Kaduna Polytechnic, Kaduna. In his quest for academic excellence, he obtained a Bachelors’ degree in Technical Education (B.Ed. Tech) from the Prestigeous Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria (ABU Zaria) in 1992.

Alhaji Muhammed Maude Said served in different organizations like the Ministry of Works in Kano State from 1986 to 1992. He also worked with NICON Insurance from 1992 to 2006 before establishing his company – Tabarakh Technical Limited.

Alhaji Muhammed Maude Said is a seasoned top management executive, highly skilled with requisite experience in Business Development and Project management Concepts. He is Innovative, Intelligent and highly creative in his pursuit for business excellence. He speaks English, Hausa and Arabic fluently.

Alhaji Muhammed Maude Said is passionate about the promotion of good governance in Politics and entrepreneurial empowerment among the youths in Nigeria.He is also the founder and Managing Director of other organizations like Northern Square Technical Nigeria Limited. He enjoys reading, traveling, playing Basket Ball in his spare time and even represented Nigeria while playing hockey in his youth.He is happily married with children. His quest for greater personal development has led him to further participate in numerous courses and trainings within and outside Nigeria. He is well traveled with business interests in the United States, Saudi Arabia and Ethiopia to mention a few.

Ahmed Awaisu is an experienced Urban and regional planning Expert with a masters in Urban Management. His wealth of knowledge was included in public service benefit in 2011 where he was appointed SENIOR SPECIAL ASSISTANT TO GOVERNMENT OF NIGER STATE on Geographic Information Systems (NIGIS)2011-2015

He has worked in multidisciplinary teams most notable was Chairman Projects Implementation committee -SDG’S- NIGER STATE between 2009 to 2015, contributing key strategies and development agenda to the state and the goal of the Social Development Goals (SDG’S) respectively.

He has worked in other key public sectors such as Assistant Liason Officer, Taraba State Liason office Abuja, Nigeria and private sectors such as Human Resource Officer, MTN Communication Nigeria Limited, Lagos Nigeria. Managing Director, Maishara Investment Limited. Head of operations, ENIKKOM construction limited(HDD). Ahmed Awaisu is a graduate of Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, Kaduna-Nigeria, where he acquired Bachelor of Urban & Regional Planning and went on to Study Masters in Urban Management in the same University. His quest for greater personal development has lead him to further in numerous courses and training notable is; world class operations management -Ghana. 2020. foundation for development and environmental initiatives (FDI) office of the economic Adviser to the president and the Niger Delta development commission, Nigeria. 2008. He has help draft out policies that position states as well as the country on a path of promoting Values that sustain and enhance environmental actions towards climate change and Guest Speaker at the Nordic African Institute-Sweden 2012.

Ahmed Awaisu is a seasoned administrator and top management executive, highly skilled in corporate governance, business development, government policies andproject management initiatives. Intelligent, Innovative, highly motivated leader who identifies and develops profitable opportunities with a unique quest for excellence.

Ahmed Awaisu possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning and a Masters’ Degree in Urban Management both from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Kaduna State, Nigeria. He has worked in different organizations like MTN Communication Nigeria Limited, Enikkom Construction Limited in Lagos, Taraba State Liaison Office in Abuja. In 2006, He became the Managing Director of Maishara Investment Limited. He served as the Chairman -project Implementation Committee – SDG’s Niger State from 2009 to 2015.

He was also appointed as the Senior Special Assistant to the Government of Niger State on Geographic Information Systems (NIGIS) from 2011 to 2015. He is vastly read and well-traveled. He speaks English, Hausa and Gbagyi. He has attended diverse special trainings and conferences like The foundation for Development and Environmental initiatives [FDI] Office of the Economic Adviser to the President & the Niger Delta Development Commission, Project Planning and Management, Economic and Environmental Justice, Urban and Regional Growth and Development, Policies and Programmes of PPP on urban infrastructure and management, World-Class Operations Management in Ghana (2020). He was the guest speaker at the Nordic African institute Conference in Sweden in 2012.
